The statute has no legal force against the operating entity (MurmurHost LLC, registered in Republic of Seychelles) or against any of the eight datacenter jurisdictions we serve. Boilerplate DMCA-format notices sent to [email protected] are filed in the wrong jurisdiction and will not be acted upon.

Substantive complaints under the law of the jurisdiction where a customer's server is hosted — Iceland's Höfundalög, Switzerland's URG, the Netherlands' DSA Article 16 procedure, Romania's Law 8/1996, and so on — are reviewed by counsel. Properly-substantiated notices are forwarded to the customer with a 14-day response window before we take action.

Reports of content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy — CSAM, terrorism, malware C2, fraud, phishing, non-consensual imagery — should be sent to [email protected]. These are acted upon globally, regardless of jurisdiction or claim-form, within the timelines set out in the AUP.
