No-KYC VPS providers: hosts that don't ask for ID (2026 list)

Short answer

VPS providers that don't run routine ID checks in 2026 include MurmurHost, 1984 Hosting, OrangeWebsite, Njalla, FlokiNET and Privex. MurmurHost asks for the least: a username and password, with email optional, and payment in Monero, Bitcoin, USDT or seven other crypto assets. 1984 Hosting and OrangeWebsite need only an email address; FlokiNET and Privex don't check ID routinely but may request it if a legal order or risk review requires it.

Last updated: September 25, 2026. This list is published by the MurmurHost team, and MurmurHost is our own service — that's why it appears first. Competitor details come from each provider's own website and public listings; check with them before you buy.

Why choose MurmurHost for this

What each feature changes for you, and why it's the reason to order from us.

No ID at any order size

Some no-KYC hosts start asking for documents above a spending level or after a risk review. We don't request ID for any plan or order size.

Payment that doesn't identify you either

Pay in Monero, or in any of 9 other crypto options, straight to our wallets — no card, bank or processor account in your name.

Your choice of jurisdiction

Eight countries on every VPS plan, from Iceland and Switzerland to Panama, so privacy at signup is matched by a legal climate that suits your project.

What each one is best for, what it costs, and where it falls short.

  1. 01

    MurmurHost

    Our service

Best for · Opening an account without even an email address

MurmurHost is our service. The signup form has two required fields — a username and a password. Email is optional and only useful if you want password recovery; an alias from SimpleLogin, addy.io or Proton works fine. No name, phone number or ID document is requested, whatever the order size, and you pay in crypto from your own wallet.

    Pros

    • No email required
    • No ID at any order size
    • Monero accepted for unlinkable payment
    • 8 jurisdictions to choose from

    Cons

    • No email means no password reset — store your credentials safely
    • New brand (2026)
  2. 02

    1984 Hosting

Best for · Low-KYC Iceland hosting with a long history

KYCnot.me's community listing rates 1984 Hosting at its lowest KYC level: an email address is needed to create an account, personal details aren't verified, and its terms don't mention identity checks. It has operated from Iceland since 2006 and accepts Bitcoin and Monero.

    Pros

    • No ID checks mentioned
    • Monero accepted
    • Since 2006

    Cons

    • Email required
    • Iceland only
  3. 03

    OrangeWebsite

Best for · Email-only signup with crypto or PayPal

OrangeWebsite says you can sign up and use its services anonymously, with only a valid email address requested. It hosts in Iceland and accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies as well as PayPal and cash by mail.

    Pros

    • No Monero listed
  4. 04

    Njalla

Best for · No-KYC VPS plus WHOIS-shielded domains

Njalla is built around not knowing who its customers are: it registers domains in its own name and sells VPS (Sweden, from €15/month) that you can pay for in Monero, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum or Zcash. Community listings rate it at the lowest KYC level.

    Pros

    • Privacy-first by design
    • Domain wrapper included in its model

    Cons

    • Higher VPS price
    • One VPS location
  5. 05

    FlokiNET

Best for · No routine KYC across four European countries

FlokiNET doesn't run routine identity checks, according to community listings, but may request documents if compelled by authorities or its own risk review. It also accepts non-crypto payments such as bank transfer and cash by post.

    Pros

    • Four jurisdictions
    • Many payment rails

    Cons

    • Documents possible in edge cases
    • Monthly setup fee
  6. 06

    Privex

Best for · No routine KYC with a US location option

Privex has a crypto-only, privacy-first positioning. Community listings report no routine KYC, with the usual caveat that documents can be requested under a legal order or risk review. Servers are in Sweden, Germany and the USA.

    Pros

    • US and EU servers
    • Monero accepted

    Cons

    • No stablecoins
    • Documents possible in edge cases
How we picked

Criteria behind this list

Facts were checked on September 25, 2026. We don't publish star ratings or review counts — only details you can verify on each provider's site.

Required signup fields

What the account form actually requires. Username-only beats email-only, which beats name and address.

When ID can be requested

Never, only under a legal order or risk review, or above a spending threshold. We list what each provider or community listing states.

Payment that doesn't identify you

A no-KYC account paid with a personal bank card isn't anonymous. We checked for crypto, and Monero in particular.

What "no-KYC" means for a VPS

KYC (know your customer) is the identity check banks and some hosts run: a passport scan, proof of address, sometimes a selfie. A no-KYC host opens your account and runs your server without collecting those documents.

It isn't the same as "no rules". Every provider in this list has an acceptable-use policy and acts on credible reports of malware, phishing, spam or child abuse material. No-KYC protects your privacy; it doesn't shield illegal activity.

Keeping a no-KYC VPS private

Pay in Monero, or at least from a wallet that isn't tied to an exchange account in your name. If you add an email for password recovery, use an alias rather than your main address.

Connect over SSH with keys rather than passwords, and don't reuse a username you use elsewhere. The weakest link is usually the buyer's own habits, not the host.

Before you order

What buyers ask before ordering from MurmurHost

Will you ask for ID later on?
No. We don't request identity documents at signup, at checkout or for larger orders. The acceptable-use policy still applies: abuse such as malware, phishing or child abuse material ends the service.
How do refunds work without my identity?
Open a ticket from your account within 7 days of the first invoice and give us a wallet address. The refund is paid in the coin you used — no bank details or name needed.
Is a no-KYC VPS more expensive?
No. VPS-1 is from $6/mo on a 2-year plan or $16/mo month-to-month — in line with or below hosts that ask for an email, such as 1984 Hosting (€8.72/month, 1 GB RAM).

Our recommendation

Choose MurmurHost if you want a VPS without giving a name, an ID document or even an email address, paid in Monero or another coin. Open an account with a username, pick a country and order VPS-1 at from $6/mo on a 2-year plan.
